Found a spare white tile in my kitchen

A carabiner.

A carabiner is an oblong, loop-shaped metal ring with a spring-loaded hinge for opening.

Carabiners can be used as a load-bearing device, such as to connect two loops such as chain links, and can be used by mountain climbers or to connect tow ropes.

Aluminum carabiners are popular for use as keychains, as a keyring can easily be added or taken from the carabiner. Aluminum carabiners are usually not intended to be load-bearing.
